to trust the work is to keep going - in action or in stillness. it is also to give time to what has not yet been seen and what cannot yet be said. much of what matters arrives slowly, awkwardly and disguised as emptiness. as days that seem to hold nothing at all. but they are the ground. and you realise, no day, no thing, no time must explain its worth. your work, your self – it needs nothing but trust. it is worthy of being waited for.
