CONDITIONS

– all items are handmade individually. this means that your customized item will look similar, but never the same as the one you see in the picture.
– the process of making the ring model, casting the ring and finishing it takes some time. please allow up to four weeks of production before the dispatch of your item.
– small irregularities are not planned, but neither are they unwanted. since they add to the individual character of your ring, they will not be accepted as reason for returns or refunds, unless communicated otherwise.
– customized items that were made to order are not eligible for return or refunds.

PROCEDURE

– after you submit your form, you will receive a personalized email. this email is not automated, so please allow some time for a reply.
– the email will contain a personal payment link. the production of your item will start when the payment is received.
– your item will be shipped insured and tracked. the postage depends on your country of residence (germany 5€, EU 15€)
